Thai Marriage registration starts at your embassy and each embassy as thier own rules. The marriage registration is very easy to complete and we complete the marriage registration in a very short time. Your Thai marriage registration would be completed at any Amphurs office in Thailand during the week. Should you wish to register your marriage you will need your passport and documentary prove that you are single or have the death certificate of your late spouse alternatively the divorce degree. The original certificates would be needed.
If you have been single and never been married bfroe you only need to provide the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs your statutory declaration of non-attachment which has been duly notarized at your respective embassy in Thailand.
 Before your marriage registration you should pay attention to any pre-marriage arrangements. Here we refer you to having a Prenup Agreement drafted before the marriage.
A prenup agreement can be drafted by our licenced laywers and we would recommend having the prenup darfted before the marriage registration takes place. Pernup agreements should be in both languages, being Thai and English. The prenup agreement has to be drafted so that it is not only binding in Thailand but also back in the UK, US or Australia. Pernups are best done before the marriage itself taking place.
